General Terms and Use of Gift Card

1. Sales of Primark Gift Cards made via links from www.primark.com are managed by Voucher Express - a trading company of Hemingways Marketing Services Ltd, Metcalfe House, 23H Kirkgate, Ripon. HG4 1PB, established 1947 and registered in England 453174. VAT Registered No: 169725424
2. Gift Cards ordered through this website will be sent to the delivery address stated on each individual order. Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail services. Orders with a value of £50/€50 or less will be sent by 1st class post. All other orders will be sent by either Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival.
3. Gift Cards will normally be despatched within two working days unless a specified later delivery date is requested. Where possible we will try to meet all delivery requirements but Voucher Express shall not be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses.
4. Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery and title will pass upon receipt of payments in full. Voucher Express has no liability for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards once responsibility of ownership has passed to the customer at time of delivery.
5. Voucher Express is not directly linked to Primark or any Primark Group company and can take no responsibility for products and services offered by Primark.
6. Gift Card quantities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately. Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for shortage or loss of any Gift Cards not notified to us within three days of delivery.
7. Cleared payment is required prior to the despatch of orders. Payment is taken automatically at the time of purchase. Your credit/debit card statement will read "Voucher Express". We reserve the right to decline any order without providing explanation.
8. Force Majeure: Voucher Express cannot be held responsible for failure to meet its service obligations when any failure is brought about due to some cause totally beyond its reasonable control. Examples of this might include: acts of God, trade disputes; governmental intervention, fire, flood, and disruption to computer and IT infrastructure.
9. Breach of these conditions will entitle Voucher Express to seek the appropriate legal remedy available for injunction, damages or otherwise.

Gift Card and eGift Card Terms & Conditions - UK

Validly activated gift cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise (excluding vending machine sales) in participating PRIMARK® stores where gift card services are available. Gift cards purchased in the UK can only be redeemed in PRIMARK® stores in the UK (excluding any Primark® concessions, including those in Selfridges stores).

The minimum amount to activate this card is £5 and the maximum credit amount is £200.

This card cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers. No change will be given but any remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. The card balance will expire 2 years after the last card use. PRIMARK® will not be liable for lost, stolen or damaged cards. PRIMARK® reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so. Reasonable notice of such changes will be displayed at stores. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Gift cards purchased in the Republic of Ireland can only be redeemed in PENNEYS stores in the Republic of Ireland. Gift cards cannot be redeemed in any PENNEYS concession.

The minimum amount to activate this card is €5 and the maximum credit amount is €200.

This card cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers. No change will be given but any remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. The card balance will expire 2 years after the last card use.
